Does anyone know the spring size?

I think your best bet is to ship the knife back through an authorized dealer.

I've never had an issue with BBS. They immediately respond to emails and ship quick. I like Spydercos with different steels and buy from several sources. They all seem to be good dealers and it would seem to me that if any dealer was doing something wrong Spyderco would do something about it. Thanks.
