Here's a Farid custom K2 next to a slightly...'adjusted' Mili, and a Szabo. Plenty of Spyderco knives in Ti. Since they know what they're doing, they invariably use it for handles.

My titanium bladed knives have bugger-all edge retention. Can't get them as sharp as steel, for some reason. Maybe they just roll or fold when I get out to the extremes of sharpness.

I'd imagine not, high hardness which is usually used to optimize performance in combination with high velocity metal would result in a shattered blade and a leg full of fragments. Or, if you prefer: Sure! I'll bet it had some pretty gnarly scales afterward, that guy is definitely going to have a fan...

I'd say the arrowhead, but I don't know if you sharpened that first ;p

The Dragonfly should perform the best due to the FFG and high spine, but that's an entirely logical answer and I expect I'm wrong.

CF/S90V sprints and exclusives have had a long history of being very desirable and as a result hard to find, or very, very expensive. I'd expect the same to happen here, right up until KW ask for a second run that puts numbers into the thousands. At least then they'll just be very expensive.
