Gotta be my new Green Paramilitary 2 from KW - right out of the box - fantastic flick open and close action - sweet EDC

I'm with Evil D. Good answer. I liked the military - then liked the original PM1 - then loved the PM2 and now have a small collection of PM2s - It's an evolution. And, Chuck has solid advice. Why not find a knife - handle it for weight, feel - decide what you need in an EDC and then make your choice...

Don't know when I'll carry it but very happily just added a Spyderedge PM1 to my PM collection. I'll be looking for boxes to cut up.

The longer the PM2 is UNAVAILABLE on Amazon - the higher the price - gee, if they never have them and they don't take back orders why not make them dirt cheap - "Would you like a Spyderco Paramilitary 2 for $50? Oh, sorry we haven't got any."

As Bruce Lee said, "Whatever works." Meaning - gun, knife, bat, pencil, fist, ground, car, door jam, belt, it's all good ... self-defense is a mindset. Do you have it when you need it? Would you use it if you had it?

Just ordered a PM2 camo/satin for $123 [including shipping] from Blade Matrix. Should have it in 3 days. I had been waiting two months for this knife from Amazon - cancelled that order.

Ominodipietra thanks for the link - For varieties sake, I'd like to try a Tip Up wire clip on a PM1 or PM2 - does anyone know of a shop that would do this?

Has anyone tried to reposition the clip on the PM1 to allow for Tip Up carry? Is this possible? And, if it is, is there a company that I could hire to do the job? Thanks.
