Jup and it went pretty quick too. Seems to happen allot. As far as I heard its due to the method of etching not due to the H1 steel.

Received the delica and the DF G10 and i'm quite happy. I'm not sure which will win in the office edc battle. For the weekends the delica will win but for the office the game is on. I really like the df G10 its very classy and for some reason it feels like it has a larger cutting edge than my Robin....

Tested the atlantic with 5mm gloves and a 1m view and i'm quite happy with it. I clipped it to my bc pocket and had a safety rope attached. I could find the knife quite easily and I was able to open it quite fine. I tested the cutting power on lad and that was great as to be expected. And the all kn...

and I went for a brown delica FFG and a dragonfly g-10. The main reason is that I would like to test the vg-10 first. I like the form of the caly more than the delica but I don't want the ZDP and CF. I want a good steel that is very rust resistent. So I went for 2 vg-10 classics the delica and the d...

I went for the atlantic for the moment. For the moment I just want a knife I can store in my pocket or clipped to the bc out of my way. Eventually i will need a second knife when i will go North Sea diving. At that point it will probably be a enuf or maybe the caspian if i can still find one. Thank ...

@Psquared What is the difference between the delica and the caly3 for office use? My office environment is a typical IT office environment. I have no problem using my robin 2 but its a small knife. I guessed the delica would do fine as well as it has nice innocent colours and is quite sleek. Why wou...

I already have the sharpmaker with the normal rods. So that just leaves buying a knife. :D I've also looked at the UKPK but i can't get my hands on the FFG version. They only sell the saber grind kinds in the shops i can buy from. I can't buy from warriors and wonders or other Canadian or US shops. ...

is the caly3 CF vs delica 4 FFG

I'm getting a new knife. I have a tenacious and really like it but it’s too big for edc at the office. So I got the robin 2 which is very nice but I is just a tad too small and not a real spyderco. So now I want a real spyderco with a vg-10 steel or better and a size between the robin and tenacious....

hole diameter caspian

Hi all,

I've been looking in this forum and online for the diameter of the finger hole of the caspian salt.

So far i've found 6mm for the spyder hole and 1,5 and 2,5 for the finger hole...

Can someone measure it for me?

thank you!

Thank you all

So in short out of the box there is no difference, but later on the SE keep its edge longer and thus be more efficient. And if the ropes would be wet there would also be a difference.

Is there a spyderco diving knife? I really like spyderco knives and i'm itshing to buy a new knife, but for the moment there wasn't a reason to buy one... Until i figured i needed a diving knife. It is a obligatory tool after all :D .... So the ideal excuse to buy a spyderco knife, but the seems to ...
