Re: New forum knife
I'll throw in with lance, the Worker with some upgraded steel and handle color would be a great Forum knife. Imagine doing a Worker with a steel in the same realm as that wicked S90V/CPM-154 composite for the PM2? Only, of course, in true spyderco fashion, take it up 1,000 notches. Handle material? ...

I'd love a Spyderco polo for office duty.

Hi Dishcore, I don't think that /Eric has plans for a Manix3 at this time. On the Para, probably not. I can see perhaps a damask blade, but we'd want to use a local (USA) blade-smith to make the steel. sal Thanks for the reply, and thanks to everyone else that replied too. The only reason I asked a...

Sal, a Manix3 question, and a PM2 question as well.
Hello Sal, and thanks for being the backbone of this industry! I just wanted to ask two questions: Is the Manix2 headed for a Manix3 anytime soon? Also, one question I think i'm the only one too interested in: After seeing all the Enduras and Delicas from days past with Damascus and Jigged Bone type...

Bring on the outerwear! Or underwear too, I guess?
This is my plea to Mr. Glesser, Sal, we need more clothes man! I would go crazy for a really simple Spyderco logo on the chest area of a polo. Those "dry-tech" and super breathable fabrics would make it even more of a stunner. I want to be able to rep the company when i'm at work, and a po...

Mule Team Futures?
After what I'd think all the hub-bub over the MT18 selling / flipping fiesta has died down, and more than a few folks are getting handles on their MT18's, is it time to start poking my (our) collective noses around, feeling out clues for the next MT series steel? I remember from an old thread there ...

OOh, welcome to dreamland! I have two: One that everyone would be wicked happy about: CPM-M4 Blade, with DARK BLUE G10. Maybe even textured a bit to add that Sprinty flair. And one that most everyone will hate: Suminagashi Damascus Blade (Vg-10 likely) with a Ti Bolster / Polished Carbon Fiber handl...

I really feel that raising the price and/or limiting the purchase amount to one wouldn't hinder any flipping much. Maybe raising the price would some , but then we won't really be that much interested in them much either then would we? If i'm offered a knife with no handle for $200, I might pass. I ...

I can see that actually making flipping more profitable. In all seriousness there is no solution. More profitable like they would be more of a limited item? It was just a thought at making it difficult for flippers that aren't as motivated to get involved. I agree that it would in turn make the kni...
