I would choose the Stretch 2 over the PM2 for the reasons you mention, plus it has a back lock which I find to be far more comfortable over the comp lock.
Totally agree, Backlock master race checking in

Re: enuff 2!!!

I wonder if the Enuff will move to 3mm if the Enuff 2 sells well? I had an Enuff Leaf and it was overbuilt (for my use) but that was the market then.

I must be a rube, FFG D4’s are light sabers to me. The Sabre D4 is a clunky edge with the sliceyness of a garden tool

Here is my new “one”.
Same. Mine rides clipless in my slacks M-F and even on the weekend I usually pick it over larger clipped knives

Re: Fat Kiwi

Kiwi 4 was ahead of its time. That was before Wharns were as widely accepted for their usefulness and during the height of the overbuilt knife craze. It would be much better received now, including by me

Re: Spyderedged Sprint Runs: About Time Isn't It?

I just wish full SE was under stood to have a bit more PE at the tip. Just grabbed a SE Leafjumper and the PE tip is between 1/8 and 1/4 of an inch tops. 3/4 to 1” would be preferred a full inch of plain edge on a serrated blade? couldnt picture it personally Look up the old SE Military pics, they ...

Being a Mike J fan, my guess is he would throw cycling hammer fists and low oblique kicks to the knee and a comma cut to their thigh with his folder…because he has thousands of reps in those

Re: stok drop point

I like how the Bowie looks, but since its a flat saber grind I'll definitely buy the "Drop point" (which looks a lot like a sheepsfoot to me too :open-grin) It is listed at 80€ on Lamnia, a bit higher than I'd want, but still correct (especially once I'll have made scales for it) just be ...

Re: stok drop point

in the smkw video, it was compared to the roadie blade shape. i think that's a good comparison. the roadie is a really great little knife too. it's a very small knife that manages to offer a full grip. a slightly larger fb version sounds great to me. And the Roadie is not a drop point either. I lik...

Mr Janich- Yominbo question

Have you done any Pork Man testing on the new mini Yojimbo? Curious any observations you may have on the performance vs the Yo1 and Yo2

Re: SE performance is more than simply teeth vs no teeth.

Cheers Rob 👍🏻 I’m used to being able to get my knives hair splitting sharp and keeping them that way, so I think this is going to be a bit of a learning curve with the SE. I’m up for the challenge anyway, and worst comes to the worst and it just isn’t for me the Caribbean will make a great gift for...

Prototype looks good. I feel like if you slap some blue scales on it that it would look more similar to the original Yojimbo than to the Yo2.
That would be righteous, I always liked Yo > Yo2

Re: EDC Neck Knife: ARK, Subway, or Swick?

If the SE ARK makes a return I will not sleep on it again. My my inclination for serrations have waned a bit, so it's FOMO at this point, but of the best kind :) Same here. Local shop had one forever that I considered my “always there when I get ready” same until they marked it down and someone els...

Re: Is it getting close to a new Goddard sprint run?

Thread needs photo. FFG is my preference. K390 or SPY27 would be dandy. Only 2.9 oz for 3.7" blade? Wow! Great backpacking knife. Safe features, too; a benefit in the backcountry. https://external-content.duckduckgo.com/iu/?u=https%3A%2F%2Ftse1.mm.bing.net%2Fth%3Fid%3DOIP.f5HzObW47oHdsX9LLY9I_...
