Re: Which Dragonfly Should I Get?

After carrying a HAP 40 for 3 years or so, I sprung for a Wharn. It’s great but not better than the original to me. VG10 is great for EDC, so get the original in VG10 would be my pick. I also prefer clip removed, floating in front pocket

Re: So what's your top 3 favorite steels? and why?

HAP 40- basically high performance VG10
VH10- stainless, sharpens easy and toothy, doesn’t chip
H1- impervious to rust, serrated beast

Why do the cool knives come out when we’re jobless?
Grocery stores are hiring temps. Medical and Pharma are pretty recession and pandemic resistant.
But this guy has spent a great deal of time and energy perfecting cooking

Re: Para 3 lw

Smith and Wesson still sells loads of snub nose revolvers, they too are more expensive than what you’d think. Yet they aren’t going anywhere while a good many pocket handguns have come and gone. Classics are just that, and the Delica is a classic

Re: Para 3 lw

No way...Delica has been surpassed by so many models (Chap LW) alone blows it out of the water, especially at the price point. MANY other Spyderco models rank above the Delica these days. If it weren't for the Pakkawood model, I'd never bat an eye. That's like people stuck in the 80's saying Montan...

Re: Para 3 lw

I know I’m not the only one guilty of this. It’s been about a month of owning my P3 lw. It’s fantastic in every way so why do I always reach for my delica? The para 3 has superior ergos, action, blade steel, and carries better. The only reason I do carry it is because it’s new and relatively expens...

Re: Surprised by my favorite tiny knife.

A hawkbill is a slasher, a tanto should be illegal if going by blade shapes, as it is a stabber and that is way more fatal than slashing, am I right?

Re: Ideal Spyderco Knives For Lawn, Garden & Landscaping Jobs?

I do indeed JD! YouTube titled "Perfect Knife for the Farmer: Spyderco PM3 for EDC". It's in English and is really enjoyable! This is a plain edge, and he puts it to work! Thanks "bearrowland" I'll certainly check it out later today. Like I've said for the past year if Spyderco would start listing ...

I will add the sculpted G10 handles rock. Doesn’t ride in pocket as well as flat G10 but is way more ergonomic in the hand.

I have often joked that I can get a hold of the owner of Spyderco faster than the owner of the company I work for. It also speaks volumes that I have never seen Sal chastise, reprimand, or attack anyone- even when they deserve it!

I would be all over this. DFly is my favorite Spydie and that size is what I gravitate towards. Lava SS is a dinosaur, and the G10 is overbuilt. FRN would be a grail for the lava
