I own and prefer the 21 personally. The main reason is the lack of the bushing system in the pivot on the 25 that puts me off. Not to say that I don't think it's a great knife because of that because I own many spydies without that feature also, but when it comes to sebenzas I would always want that...

Agree with others.. Be pro active and but a few future replacements if that's an option for you. As to the original question, I'd see it being replaced with a possible endura 5 (or some other incarnation) before it going completely to the wayside

Yeah I have seen that video. Lots of good info and history on CRK. For an update I actually did get my plain large 21 at Christmas and I'm loving it!

Is it safe to say that most crk 21s come with about 60-75% lockup from factory?

I go back and forth on the endura. I like the saber ground better than flat. The flat looks a little kitchen knife-esque to me.

Oh and by the way, syncharmony, the spots aren't necessarily darkened, they're bead blasted and the rest of the scale is polished to a brighter shine. But I agree that accent on the piece looks great!
