Manix 2 question

I am in the market to get a manix 2. I have wanted one for almost 2 years but I have always found some other knife I wanted more because the manix 2 is on the larger size compared with what I normally carry (DF or persistence). Well I have decided to finally pull the trigger. My question is should I...

It all started with a tenacious..which led to a ladybug salt...which led to a cricket...which led to a sage 1...and a sage 3...then came a delica ffg...followed by a grasshopper and a dragonfly salt...then a pm2. Now I have a chaparral in the mail...the addiction will never be satisfied :)

I have carried around my countycomm orange ladybug salt for almost a month. Technically my temporary job has a no knife policy but its small enough and I never take it out in front of anyone. I only need a blade for small tasks anyway so it has been perfect!

Yes I was referring to the SE version. I don't think they make a PE hawkbill salt, but I have never looked for one.

Ladybug salt preference?

I was looking into a ladybug salt and I was curious which model people prefer; the plain edge, serrated edge, or hawkbill.

Well this was taken directly from the campus police page: "What about if you have a knife? You can have a pocket knife, as long as it does not open automatically and has only one sharp edge." Other than that it also says, "Prohibited weapons on University property. Most weapons are no...

Legal length and edc reccomendation

I was all set to get a chaparral cf because it was legal to carry on campus at my university. However after some research, I have found that we are legally allowed to carry a pocket knife as long as it does not infringe on the city codes. Well, the city deems a deadly and dangerous weapon as any kni...

Dragonfly slat dark green or dark blue or redish orange?

I have decided to dye my dragonfly salt, but I can't decide if I want to try to dye it a dark green, a redish orange color or try for a dark blue. What do you all think?

Thanks for all the replies! I find it interesting that asked a similar question on BF gets a different result although it can be argued that it was because there were more options there. Anyway, I decided to go with the para 2 just for a little variety. I havent ever used a compression lock so it wi...

Recommendation Para 2 or Stretch

Both of them would be the plain jane versions. For the pm2 it would be s30v black g10 satin blade, for the stretch it would be vg10 satin blade frn handles. So what wold you recommend and why?

Im Stuck

So recently I have had a growing interest in learning to freehand sharpen. I already have a sharpmaker but I feel like actually doing the sharpening with nothing but a few stones would be much more rewarding. However, If I do get some stones I will have to put off getting a stretch, chaparral, or ma...

Recommendation

Let me preface this buy saying I already have a g10 dragonfly, sage 1, persistance, cricket, h1 ladybug, and benchmade mini grip. That being said I am getting the itch to add another :spyder: to the mix. I was thinking the chaparral cf, the manix 2 translucent blue, or sage 2 but I am open to sugges...
