I have wanted one for almost 2 years but I have always found some other knife I wanted more because the manix 2 is on the larger size compared with what I normally carry (DF or persistence). It all started with a tenacious..which led to a ladybug salt...which led to a cricket...which led to a sage 1...and a sage 3...then came a delica ffg...followed by a grasshopper and a dragonfly salt...then a pm2. Now I have a chaparral in the mail...the addiction will never be satisfied :)

Just ordered a cf chaparral. Cant wait for it to get here!

I have carried around my countycomm orange ladybug salt for almost a month. Technically my temporary job has a no knife policy but its small enough and I never take it out in front of anyone. I only need a blade for small tasks anyway so it has been perfect!

Yes I was referring to the SE version. I don't think they make a PE hawkbill salt, but I have never looked for one.

I have decided to dye my dragonfly salt, but I can't decide if I want to try to dye it a dark green, a redish orange color or try for a dark blue. What do you all think?

Lighthound has the satin blade black g10 version in stock! I'm not sure about the other versions though.

Both of them would be the plain jane versions. For the pm2 it would be s30v black g10 satin blade, for the stretch it would be vg10 satin blade frn handles. So what wold you recommend and why?

Let me preface this buy saying I already have a g10 dragonfly, sage 1, persistance, cricket, h1 ladybug, and benchmade mini grip. That being said I am getting the itch to add another :spyder: to the mix. I was thinking the chaparral cf, the manix 2 translucent blue, or sage 2 but I am open to sugges...
