Re: C22 Michael Walker in 2019

https://i.imgur.com/UvjR95q.jpg Nice to see there is still interest for a new edition of the C22. Here's a photo of the C22 Michael Walker CX06 (top) and last spring run in ZDP-189. The CX06 in black almite is so ridiculously smooth in operation and has one of the most perfect detents I've felt or ...

Re: C22 Michael Walker in 2019

Hopefully this is our year, folks. Fingers crossed.

Still dreaming of a new C22 with a wire clip. This is still the ultimate "little big knife" for me.

Liner lock not really my thing. So many other knives with better locks and so little money to spend.
A well executed liner lock is a superb mechanism, and the C22 is an excellent showcase of its merits.

Re: The Walker 2.0

We are hoping for a new sprint run of the C22 sooner rather than later. It's a fantastic design and one that got me hooked on "little big knives."

Re: C22 Walker/Klotzli Genome Project

Full carbon fiber, not peel ply, rare steel, and make it a true collectible with the price reflecting the quality a la the original Jess Horn (C27) at $449.95. Why not offer it at the actual price where it will land? Perhaps i misunderstood you, but pricing a knife reflecting the quality of another...

Maybe it's time for a carbon fiber sprint with a wire clip and an exotic steel?

Posted in the Klötzli genome project thread recently. I'm in for this.

I love framelocks, but of course the c22 has to be a Walker linerlock. No other way for this model to be.

you are missing the LW from your collection. Here are mine, would love to see another come out this year., flash batch? A most excellent collection — I wonder how many have a complete set like yours. For me, I am content without the c37 for now. Even as a collector, I just don't have the affinity f...

C22 Walker, titanium scales (like on the ti Lum Chinese Folder), tip up carry, Super Blue. Count me in.
I am IN for this. Would love a more stainless steel, but to be honest, a Ti C22 of any flavor has my attention.

Re: What's Next for the Chaparral?

I'd love to see the Chaparral with contoured handles. Literally any material, but titanium would be amazing. The Chap already has such a slim carry, but for me contoured handles always make a good design even better for something that melts away in the pocket.

The C22 Michael Walker fits your needs. Been trying to get Sal to do another run even though I managed to get a spare of the last ZDP/CF run :D Thanks. Looks interesting. I'll keep my eyes peeled. Next year is our year. http://www.spyderco.com/forumII/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=76523&p=1209346

Any leads on where this will be available. I got money to blow, before I spend it on something "I don't need"
The collector numbered knives often show up a week or two before the regular release. I bet we start seeing these very soon.

Fine with the price of full Ti.

However, in the interest of a lower price point, a nested compression lock in G10 or CF has my attention.

Re: Smaller chokwe

Just another note on a full titanium build: G10/micarta will always be polarizing. If it's black, it's too bland for some — if it's a colorful option, it's never the taste for everyone. With titanium, those who want a specific color will always have the option for inexpensive aftermarket anodization...

Re: Smaller chokwe

It's relatively easy to get someone to make a custom scale in G10, but extremely difficult to get one in Ti. For this reason I'd request full Ti frames. Oh yes, and a wire clip.
