Today at work I carved the peel on a orange with my para 2 and to my surprise I could not clean the citrus acid from the peel. It stained the black coating on the blade. Any one else have this problem. What can I use to clean the blade without damaging the black coating. :eek:

My favorite steel is S30V. The working edge on this steel lasts a long time.

I have looked all over the net and have not found a paramilitary 2 anywhere. Why is this knife so hard to get. Why is spyderco not meeting the demand for this knife. When will it be available to order. Its a bummer that I can't find one anywhere.
