I don't have a Cricket to compare it to, but the CF Balance is in my watch pocket every single day. Great little knife. The design makes it a conversation piece whenever someone sees it in action.

http://i1327.photobucket.com/albums/u671/thurin_/P1070194_zps6455009c.png~original I chose this knife for the contest as I love how Super Blue Patinas. I chose this shot as I think it looks as though it is reflecting clouds, when in actuality it is just the patina. CALY3 SUPER BLUE ~ C113GGY thurin

What about "occasional use", "outdoor use", EDC, "chopping", "digging", "prying", etc? Or even "covert de-animation activity"? Oh, wait. Wrong company. LOL Gordon Sorry, no blood groves on the Mule. But I think "Use and Abuse" mi...

I thought about the multiple choice, should have probably done it.

For me, I use them pretty good. My CTS-XHP got used a lot for cardboard and whatever else. K390 will be the same.

Mule Team Usage

I thought it'd be worth while to do a poll on what everyone does with their Mule Teams. This isn't restricted to just the latest Mule.

Long time ago, before Sage came out, Sal talking about the idea commented that Sage (half hump) will be a hybrid of Native (no hump) and Caly3 (hump). So Native5 is like a father to Sage. Cool Info. In that case, we need a better family photo: http://i1327.photobucket.com/albums/u671/thurin_/P10700...

What I'd really like to see is a Native V with the CF and flat blade spine used on the Sage 1. The CF on the Sage1 is my favorite style of CF on the Spydies. That'd be cool on the Native. I'm curious to see what the Fluted CF is like. The other part of the Sage1 I'd like to see on the native is the...

Sage1 and Native5

I'm partial to the ~3" blade length. They fit in the pocket well and have enough blade length to keep me happy. Of my small collection of Spydies, the Sage1 has been my most carried knife. It shares pocket time mainly with a couple of Caly3s (CF and SB) and a PM2. I've wanted to get a Native5 f...

Can I assume that Mules come without anything on the blade to reduce corrosion? I've regretted missing out on anything with CPM M4 steel, and have been hoping that, since K390 is a similar tool steel, it might also tend to develop a nice patina over time. Now Salimoneous, DunninLA, and others have ...

I asked the question when I was out at the SFO a while back. I think I got a flyer on it, but now I can't find it. The gist of it if I remember everything correctly is there are two levels of the Club: 1. Main knives only: you have to buy every new model that comes out. i.e. you'd buy the main PM2, ...
