Re: Dragonfly vs. Lil' Native
https://i.postimg.cc/BnCZ0PWk/IMG-3432.jpg Would there be less distinction between the FRN D'fly and the Lil' Native LW? I think this would tighten up the choice due to the variety of steels offered on the Dfly. I prefer my comp lock Lil Natives to my Dfly's, not for the lock but just for ergos. Th...

I have never had to use it, but have talked to people that have. It was no hassle.

It could be that, or something I'm not going to say because I'll get in trouble.

Re: Serrated Edge for Hunting?
Replaceable blade hunting knives have been made by a number of companies over the years. The advantage is when you need a sharp blade, you can have one real fast and easy. Some that have a lot of game to process really like them. I've never used one, myself.

Re: Family friendly jokes
A couple of cannibals are sitting around, and one says:
“I don’t like my brother-in-law very much.”
The other one responds, “Then just eat the rice.”

Re: Serrated Edge for Hunting?
What I never want to see, however, is my doctor wanting to do surgery with a serrated edge.

Re: Help: does anyone know if website Sanford Custom knives is a scam?
Want to buy a knife sold in Sanford Custom Knives but wanted to check if anyone here has ever bought from them, please help I've owned quite a few knives but never any from Sanford Custom Knives. I lost $300 after I attempted to buy a knife from Attn2Detail. I begged the proprietor to give me my mo...

Re: Serrated Edge for Hunting?
I used a serrated edge knife years ago. It wasn't a Spyderco. Here are my thoughts, based upon that experience (they may be just gas). Think serrated steak knife. It will go through flesh very easily and quickly. However, for the hide, it wasn't so good. A plain edge was better for me when skinning....

Re: H1 Fixed blades
I don't think it works that way. I think the work hardening is in the manufacturing, at least I remember it being that way. Sharpening doesn't do it...though I have read some that say it will after a long time. I think it is a case that the teeth get a little rounded and therefore cut better. Those...

Re: H1 Fixed blades
Thanks. It will be expensive . I always quite fancied the Fish Hunter too, but I can’t find one of those anywhere these days (that will ship to SG anyways). I’ve yet to try H1 in PE so it would be cool to try an Aqua Salt in PE as well as SE. I know people bash PE H1, but if I remember rightly Vivi...

Re: H1 Fixed blades
One day I want to buy an Aqua Salt. Something always comes along that I need more, so I still haven't gotten one. One day. If I ever come across one in our neck of the woods I’ll let you know 👍🏻 Thanks. It will be expensive . I always quite fancied the Fish Hunter too, but I can’t find one of those...

Re: Family friendly jokes
Over breakfast one morning, a woman said to her husband: “I bet you don’t know what day it is today”. “Of course I do,” he indignantly answered, getting up from the table and going out the door to the office. At 10am, the doorbell rang. When the woman opened the door, she was handed a box containing...

Re: Family friendly jokes
Two lifelong friends got together for lunch one day. “Mike, I’m in a terrible pickle,” the first man stated. “I’m strapped for cash, my rent is due tomorrow and I haven’t the slightest idea where I’m going to get it from!” “Well, that’s good to hear,” answered Mike with a smile. “I was afraid you mi...

Re: The Days of the Milkman May Be Numbered!
I miss the days when the milk man would come by the house about 4:00 in the morning and drop off bottles of milk. Later it changed to paper cartons. Sometimes, I would wait up for him and buy chocolate milk from him or something else.

Re: The Days of the Milkman May Be Numbered!
Milk in paper cartons is better. However, I buy Fernleaf powdered milk. It tastes just like bottled milk and dissolves in cold water. It is a New Zealand product. I understand that the same brand in the UK isn't nearly as good because UK laws mandate using only UK cow milk. The NZ cow milk is much ...
