1. Yojumbo 2 Pinches my hand every time I open it with the spydie hole. I have over a dozen other spydies with a compression lock, and this is the only one that does it. 2. Leafstorm I Loved the way it looked, but the ergos in my opinion were just BAD. 3. Nilakka This is the smoothest opening spydie...

Of COURSE they are toys. Big boy toys! Just like our cars, guns, tools, etc....
You just gotta play nice!

I'm sure that it's possible to wear out a locking mechanism, but I haven't on even ONE of my Spydies.

Now not just fake Millies, but Ti Millies as well
At least this guy admits that they are fake so you can avoid it.

I like my PPT quite a bit as well. The extended jimping on the spine is great for doing precision cutting with the point of the knife. I also like the asymmetrical scale design. It makes the knife unusual looking with the thick lock slab that can't decide if it's a frame or liner lock. The knife is ...

Actually, my favorite knife reviewer is a German guy by the name of Stefan Schmalhaus. His reviews are always concise and very informative. Many of his reviews have a back story telling the history of the company that makes the knife or where the design came from. He's a graphics professional by tra...

The Zulu. It's so capable in use and its ergonomics are off the charts but its odd looks keep it off the radar for many folks. It's one of the few knives that I have an almost impossible time parting with. I really like my Zulu, but the recurved blade makes it a challenge to maintain the edge, and ...

Divo, so-called low level discussions like this one is one of the ways that the folks at Spyderco use to decide on changes for their models, and even to design entirely new models. From what I see here, everybody was politely expressing their views and ideas until your post. At least the folks at Sp...
