I jumped in on the Massdrop x Ferrum Forge Gent, made by WE. Won't have it until February.
I received mine and was impressed with the workmanship. Like others on this thread I’m willing to look closer at their products.

Re: Eagle Scouts

Hi, Eagle Scout in 1982, one of 3 for my parents. Dad was the Scoutmaster during my time in. Many fond memories of the outdoor activities and friendships formed. My dad took my older brother and me to Ireland for a Jamboree in 1977 where I met my Irish cousins who were in the Scouts over there.

Re: Fishing gear for kids?

Good topic. I'm planning on getting my 5 yo nephew some fishing gear for Christmas. I'll search out the Zebco 33 for sure.

Thanks for the post. I've added two words to my vocabulary and a desire to make my own biltong!

Balvenie Doublewood for single malt
Famous Grouse for blended scotch
Anyone of a number of bourbons

That being said, probably about a bottle a year in total, straight up no mixers.

I carry a Spyderco of some variety daily in the hospital I work at. It's rare that I actually use it for anything related to patient care. If anything a good pair of Codman bandage scissors would be more useful. If people ask me why I carry it my reply is "emergency tracheotomy". Good advice from ...

I've only been charged when the order is filled. In one case (Meerkat sprint) they declined to fill my order for 3 knives for Christmas gifts I had planned on giving away but since I hadn't been charged it wasn't an issue. With some of the pre-orders you will wait an eternity but with the exception ...

I was able to get right on the site, add 2 to my cart and checkout no problem at around 1 PM (Eastern time). I was delayed due to work and was sweating it out thinking it would be sold out. Success this time around.

I own an Emerson karambit and carry it occasionally. It's the type of knife that can intimidate NKP and I tend not to use it for routine tasks. I probably will skip the Spyderco version since I already own one version of this knife type. If I didn't I'd be all over this!

Nice collection. I have a Classic on my key chain and a huge XAVT which serves as more of a conversation piece. The Classic is used in crowds so as not to scare NKP.

I showed a co-worker how to open a knife using the spyderhole on my Meerkat. A few weeks later she told me her husband was quite impressed with her ability to open his new Spydie (not sure which one).
