Mine arrived in today's mail. Many thanks to Kristi and others at Spyderco for doing this.

After the fifth or so identical notifications, I simply disabled notifications for the Spyderco app. I'll turn notifications on again after the next app update.

The two that I ordered from SFO will arrive on Wednesday, Good thing that I had a Lifter's Leather belt sheath made for the Shaman (sans pocket clip), because the first thing that I will do to one of them is to remove the pocket clip then sheath-carry it.

I managed to snag two from the SFO at the OpFocus discount before they went out of stock.

For me, the pocket clip is a non-issue as that is the first thing that I remove. This is because I will have a Lifter's Leather belt sheath made for it, and have no need of a pocket clip. That's how I am carrying my Nirvana.

Well, good thing that I actually ordered two of them. I will be able to compare two specimens from the same batch.

Photo likely on Wednesday. It shipped yesterday, and is scheduled to arrive on Wednesday. And yes, I can show it next to one of my Lochsas.

The Paysan is finally showing up on Spyderco's website.

My overall favorite Spyderco knife is the PM2. Although I own 20 Para3 specimens with non-FRN handles, with six of them having Carbon Fiber handles, this new FRN-handled version feels like what the Para3 should have been from the beginning.

Unless a knife is expected to see front pocket duty, such as the Native5 Salt that is performing said duty as I type this, the first thing that I do upon a knife landing is to remove its pocket clip.
