The Jester is a great knife, great ergos, usefull blade, no-nonsense serrations.

IMO I would do it, for as I know the Starmate is discon. and the Millie not. Now it depends on your Millie you have. If you think you could easily replace it by a new one, then go, if it's a collectors like Millie (numbered,etc.), then you keep it. But the Starmate is definitly a nice knife. Jeffrey...

I recently bought my third Spyderco (old Rescue) and as far I had not enough money to buy too of the same, but I'm considering that too, but I would buy the same knife with another blade (SE or PE or PSE, steel, etc.)

My first one has been the Jester. And after 2 days of possessing it, I wanted another Spydie, so in 3 months time, I bought the Jester, the MeerKat and the discontinued Rescue (without locking lever dent and indent on the spine). I have the VIRUS, next to come Centofante 25 with secure-lock PE Jeffrey

A.T.R. blade shape hits it for me, but drop-point blades are fine too.

I really like this knife, it really looks old ,(40 years old), but which Mora's are you talking about? I'd really like to know everything about knives, as far it's possible. You're talking about folers, aren't you?

I don't know. I, for myself, would buy a new one. Maybe we should open a phone line were abused knives can call and tell their stories.
