The king of Spyderco´s ambidextrous is: Chinook II!
I am lefty and have many Spyderco with Compression Lock (Paramilitary, Salsa TI, Vesuvius): in my opinion is lefty friendly, but, for close with only one hand is for me impossible.

Military CPM 440 V, or S-30

I have 2 Military: one in CPM 440 V and other, new in S 30. The upgrade is very interessant: The S 30 version is more sharp, G 10 offers more grip and the linerlock and the handle are more strong.

An ambidextrous clip, or lefty version, for me is the best.
