I use Ren wax to store my knives but to just wipe them down when fondling I use a new product called Aegis Solutions. It works on knives, guns and all of what you collect and it's even food safe. Its 10 bucks and you get a ton of it PLUS a nice microfiber cloth. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v38...

I do about 26 inclusive on my Southard and it held up very well. It's also one of the easiest knives I have to sharpen. PS. You'll love the new arms even though you have to sell a kidney to buy them. ;)

I was on their website about 7:45 this morning in order to be sure that I was logged in and to try to find out where on the website they would be released. They had the GPM2 as a normal product on their website, but out of stock. So at 8 they just entered the number that they had in stock and let i...

I agree that what I did was not necessary. No problems with it before and unless I had arthritis or some condition like that, the mod is not necessary. Some may just WANT it to be easier though. I like the idea of it being saver though without a larger access to the lock. Toomzz, I'd like to see yo...

I'm goofy enough to match my clothes to my knives and vice versa. I need all the colors. :P http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v387/Frooch/IMG_20130104_103942_zps4e5ae933.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v387/Frooch/IMG_20130112_180652_zps030542e1.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v387/Frooc...

Mine's an EL and no it's not flush either. I can't feel it but it's enough to catch the dead skin off my thumb.

Spyderco in the CRK factory...

I'm sure some of you saw the shop tour for CRK that was posted on YouTube from a certain headquartered retailer. And if you saw it you see the CRK guys using Sharpmaker stones to get the refinements down on their knives like the Sebenza. It was a small thing that a few of us commented on but as a Sp...
