I live on the gulf coast near Galveston, Texas. I use knives with all kinds of steels, including carbon steels like 1095 and Cases CV. The most I do is rub the blades down with some oil or silicon. I like Rem oil in the spray can. I put the red straw on it and then can put a little squirt in the ...

Millie, especially the cf ones. They are very light weight, have a large blade that is flat ground and a good slicer, with ergos that fit my hands exceptionally well. I have one in my pocket most days.

I think price is definitely in the ballpark. Only you can decide if the price is good for you. I have a cf m390 Millie. And I will say it is one of the nicest blades I have. I have a little more than the price you quoted in mine. It was well worth it to me.

I havent had a chance to hold ti Millie yet. I have a cf one and love how lite weight it is. As said earlier, the weight to size ratio is one reason I like my cf Millie so much. I am not sure yet that I would like the ti Millie if it is a lot heavier.

I am new to Spyderco. But in the past couple of months I have been so impressed that I have traded for, or purchased, 12 Spyderco of various models. They range from a cf m390 Millie to a ukpk.

The company, knives, and the people who run it, are all top notch. Its a nice feeling owning a Spyderco ...

I just got a Sharpmaker also. One question, how much play should the stones have when installed in the base. Mine have quite a bit of wobble to them. Is this normal? I am able to tighten them up a bit by putting a piece of paper towel around bottom of the stones as I press them into the base.

I like the Military also. I recently got a cf m390 model and have been edcing it. It is so lite weight that I hardly notice it clipped in my pocket. And the blade size works well for my needs. I like the large handle as my hands are fare sized. The only issue I have had with it really wasnt an issue ...

To me, there's a big difference between someone reporting where a knife can be had from a legitimate dealer, and someone trying to be sly, using these boards as a WTS to sell from their personal collection. There are plenty of other places to BST, but I've gotten a few of my rare and discontinued ...

The rules should be respected and followed. I must admit, however, there has been occasion where I saw a post detailing availability of a knife I had been looking for, and took advantage of it. I dont know all the different places on the net where knives can be purchased. And my googlefu suffers. So ...

She's here! She's here! WOW! I never thought the Military would be this light in weight! NICE. A big blade, light weight, sharp, great steel, great handle scales, perfect lockup, perfect centering. Absolutely the nicest blade I own. I like this one very much. All I have time for is a cell phone pic ...

Well, I may get a chance to use her pretty soon after she gets here. I'll be headed up to a ranch in the Panhandle of Texas, South of Lubbock. I gotta do some visiting with family up there. CF Military M390 ENROUTE!!

I made a trade, and got a CF Military M390 enroute to my door. Tracking says it should be here tomorrow. I can't wait!!

I have a Franken Para 2 with gray scales and M390 blade. And, I LOVE the way the blade cuts and holds an edge. Great steel! I'm really looking forward to the Military. I'll try ...
