BLACK On BLACK In BLACK

Recently have returned to Spyderco as my favorite carry knife. I bought a black Paramilitary 2 with a black blade and hardware. Love the knife-it is a true keeper. Is there any other model that comes close with the same color highlights, the Black On Black In Black program? Thanks for pointing (pun ...

Manix 2 Translucent Blue Adjustable Pivot?

Hello All,

I am interested in one of these but wondered how to tell if I am ordering one of the newer models with the adjustable pivot point.
Is there anyway to tell from the order number??? The number listed is:

Thanks a ton for your help.

Schempp Rock or Temperance2 For EDC Belt Carry?

Somewhat new to Spyderco, but I have a few. Am considering one of the above for EDC in a rural environment and once in a while a visit to town. What is your experience with either of these or both (if you are lucky to own both) and their respective sheaths? Anyone buy an aftermarket sheath for eithe...

Lionsteel and the New Schempp TUFF

Hi All,
Great forum with helpful information.
I'm a "beefy" folder guy. I've got to admit it. My one and only is the Spyderco Lionsteel. My question is: how does the Schempp TUFF compare and would it make a good companion to my Lionsteel?

Thanks in advance for your comments.

ParaMilitary 2 Is Sweet! How Does It Compare To The Military TI?

Hello Fellow Spydieholics, Recently purchased the Para2 in all Black. Wow, what a knife. Now that is is "broken-in" it is the smoothest action I have ever seen. The fit and finish is wonderful and size-wise it is a perfect EDC knife. That being said, I have my Spydie-eye on a Military TI a...

Received mine and WOW what a beauty! It has a stiff action. Really stiff. I must have weak hands (not), smaller hands (yes), but that lock bar is very strong and difficult to press in. I feel fortunate in that my copy is pure (no scratches or marks like some of the U-Tube versions). Any suggestions ...

Recently I returned to the "knife kick". My first purchase was a Benchmade Rift. I was attracted to the style, shape, and handle work. Although it is a nice knife, I received a Para 2 (blacked-out) and it is noticeably more comfortable in the hand and the fit and finish is beyond my Benchm...

Well, all this talk and a few pics convinced me that this might be something special.
It may be the largest and most expensive folding knife that I will ever own.

I sure hope it's a lot of knife for a lot of $$$$$.

I placed my order today.

At over 100g, I wouldn't call it "light". That's almost as much as a G10 Para2 - in a package half as big. I might describe it as "dense"... TedP Perhaps not super light, but at 3.6 oz I thought it was pretty good for a fat TI blade (some of the other "stubbies"...

Since the Techno is so light, it may make a great back-up EDC.
