As for the Fluted CF PM2, as it currently sat on the table the CF handles were about 1.5 times as thick as the current PM2, were fluted like the TI Military across the entire scale, finish was smooth really showing off the CF unlike peel ply, same compression lock as existing model, so really just ...

I bought the shapton glass EP set from chef knives to go. Its awesome! I still use the SM for touch ups.

Quick update on mule handles. We have restocked all colors that were sold out and added 4 more colors/materials. Black/royal blue alternating layers has returned and we added Cocobolo and Heritage Brown (walnut) Dymondwood. A few of you guys suggested natural G10 in option 5 so we made a small quan...

I like G10, and polished G10(Buck vantage pro) is nice looking too. But face it, polished CF is just beautiful. Sometimes I will give up some grip to gain in the looks category. As someone mentioned, if the knife has a big choil or jimping, you might not need sandpaper grippy scales.

I agree with you guys on the price thing, I was just putting together a combo in my head that could be king of the para2's. I would love to see red G10.

Yep its still alive. The Proto was still among the knives shown at the meet. I asked when we would see the production version and due to delay in production of the PM2 this will probably not happen this year. But the project will certainly come and with Spyderco you never know what or when suprises...
