Cutlery Shoppe

I just ordered a native light weight from cutlery shoppe on the 5th and it still hasn't shipped. But yet when i placed an order a few days earlier it shipped the next day. Is this normal when you order a knife from them?

M4 is one of the best steels IMO as far as edge retention and NOT CHIPPING. Spyderco's M4 hardness is around 64 I think. I have had no problem with chipping even with low edge angles. ZDP-189 OTOH will chip (some) when using low edge angles (lower than 30 degrees inclusive) in my experience. I have...

My recommendation is to order a Gayle Bradley as soon as humanly possible. You can order toy knives some other time. :) Of course the "toy knives" comment was a joke. Another thing is I have never owned a Superleaf or PM2. I have held a PM2 and it is VERY nice and I'm sure a joy to use. B...

i cant make up my mind...

so for a while now ive been going back and forth between getting the PM2 and the SuperLeaf for my edc replacing my endura. both very similar but the thing that has me leaning towards the SuperLeaf is the blade thickness. i keep worrying about if im gona break the tip on the PM2. i mean its a great k...

Check This Out!!

I wasnt really a fan of the Vallotton but after watching this it completely changed my mind! I love how thick the blade is and yet it still looks classy and the blade has a fine look to it. Im now a big fan and the Vallotton is def on my wish list! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YqMDXKm1_hg&feat...

deff get the sharpmaker! its really easy to use. and i would deff recomend getting the ultra fine stones w it, u'll get yur edge waayyyy sharper and get a pretty decent mirror edge after enough strokes. i found that the sharpie trick helped me alot when first starting to use the sharpmaker.

For overall EDC, the PM2. For lighter duty tasks and slicing, stretch ZDP.

If you don't own a PM2, I vote the PM2 again.
is the stretch ZDP designed for lighter duty use??

Another tough decision :/

ok so i have a real dilemma on my hands..ive managed to save up some cash so i can spoil myself lol. BUT i cant make a decision..ive managed to narrow it down to the digi-cam & satin para2 and the ZDP Stretch. It will most likely replace my endura as my EDC. I want something that is durable and ...
