Re: Which spyderco is in the mail?

Been so long I forgot I had a login to this forum lol......got the urge for a spydie edged knife and couldnt make up my mind. So I did the right thing and ordered a delica, endela(never had one) and endura in k390 serrated, cant wait for them to get here :D

Re: Poll: would you buy a fully serrated paramilitary 2?

Thanks Surfingringo. I don't see why they don't do a custom serration option? It would make it so no dealer has to stock slow movers and gives us a chance to get M4 or s90v in serrations :). They would also make money off of it. Sounds like a Win,win, win situation to me :D

Think my new mili in ...

Re: Poll: would you buy a fully serrated paramilitary 2?

Oh ya, I would for sure.

I think all the staple patterns should be offered in both. Maybe only do 250 at a time, let them dry up for awhile and then make another 250. The Military needs a new run as well. I love serrations, my first spydie was serrated and it was a workhorse.

They certainly are ...

Re: CALLING ALL "SALT" LOVERS! Ideas for a new "salt" knife.

Indeed on both accounts.

I am just looking for another big option in the salt series. Even if it means just an update and bringing the Endura 4 frame over to update the pacific. Just not fond of the older FRN texture anymore.

Re: CALLING ALL "SALT" LOVERS! Ideas for a new "salt" knife.

Oh come on Bear, think about it. An even lighter Military! I am drooling just thinking about it. The endure has both a FRN and G10, not that big of a Stretch(pun intended) to do the same with the mili :D Well I can dream anyway lol

DRH, thanks for the info. Very comprehensive rundown of the two. I thank your for that. Not being able to handle both ahead of time just makes this a tough decision. Might go with the aluminum first just to check it all out with a little more reasonable entry price in comparison.

Another vote for ...

I am extremely torn between which of these two to purchase. I absolutly think the spydie hole is the number one way to open a knife(in my opinion). The mono-block is what drew me in to this design in the firstplace. Then their is the steel difference. I can not decide. *shrug* guess i have to sell a ...

Absolutly. It has stayed in my pocket over a lot of different blades. Why do you think the cat is on its way down the road? You wont be sorry if you pick it up. Especially if the cat feels good in your hand.
