Are the k390 police, endura and delica thinner behind the edge?

Are the k390 police, endura and delica thinner behind the edge?
I got the police ,endela and endura in k390 and think they are thinner behind the edge than the vg10 models.
I dont have calipers but believe so just by feel.

Thats great spyderco.

Which is thinner behind the edge Military or ParaMilitary?

Hi
I am wondering which is a better cutter of the two?
The military or Para?

I wish spyderco would make their folders a little less thick behind the edge.
Thanks

Re: Food Question: Sausages and Steaks

Anyone with insulin sensitivity will have an adverse reaction to any such foods. . That is BS. Insulin sensitivity is a good thing and we all want to be insulin sensitive. Insulin resistance is a bad thing where your body reacts badly to carbs and sugars. Well, it is and it isn't. It really depends...

Re: Food Question: Sausages and Steaks

It sounds to me like you have a tasty experiment to do :) As for the fish, I eat a lot of canned sardine (not really like those in the USA, much better cold water fish). I also eat a lot of canned tuna (the safe kind), and canned Salmon. I buy fish occasionally, but even though I am near the sea, f...

Kristi, I appreciate your idealism and you have a strong moral compass of right and wrong. BUT sometimes you just have to make an executive decision and go with your judgment.

Re: Diet and nutrition, assorted topics

Allot of what you think you know about diet is wrong.

A hi fat, low carb, moderate protein is the best way to go. This may sound dogmatic to you but please read these books
1- wheat belly
2- grain brain
3- the art and science of keto living
4- the big fat surprise
5- keto clarity

Sorry to hear that my friend. That is too harsh for me.
After going through it twice when I was a kid, I cant have pets for that very reason. Its a heart break when they die.
I think you should keep the name in memory.
Will get another dog?

Re: Ask me your fitness questions

Which is better? Carb nite or a full ketogenic diet to loose fat? What do you think of hi fat, low carb moderate protein diets?
What ciardio is better for fat loss and health, steady state or hiit?

Thanks

Re: Powdered Milk

New Zealand has highly regulated industry and farming production. Their lifestock is 100% grass fed (meat, milk, butter) Very healthy and I love their stuff. :) Check out their whittaker's chocolate :) Better and cheaper than cadbury and made with real coco oil not palm oil like cadbury. Anchor butt...
