Sage 1 it is the best all around knife from the Sage series IMO especially considering your tasks (which are similar to what i use my Sage 1 for) The texture is actually more grippy than you think, the grip is very comfortable, lock-up and action is strong, smooth, and no play, wire clip is perfect ...

great choice on the sage 1, i was going to def recommend that one.

With 90 bucks, i would look at the Stretch, All black Manix2, Dfly 2, and the ones you listed. Any of these would be a good addition to your line up.
