Not just eBay - my nephew got one of the CF models off of aliexpress for around $60. I have the real deal - even put an STR Ti clip on her - love the knife - #1 in my EDC lineup. Maybe 30+ spydies and growing - But I have to say that the clone is very, very nice. Fit and finish is spot on - tight / ...

I say if there is real concern for quantity, limit to one per person and verify that they have been active for at least 6 months to qualify and have a minimum post count of 25. If there are still some left after 2 weeks, open up sales for additional knives per person. Nice - I Agree Atleast 6 month...

IMHO - Should be only 1 per member and a min. 100 posts. If the re-sellers wanted to manipulate that - then they would have to work for it. It would really be a shame if I missed this one - but whatever happens - happens. I wouldn't shelve the Forum knife if I were Spyderco - they know very well wha...

Nice
Thanks Spyderco!
I just want 1 - and I hope they don't blow'em all out in a couple of hours.
Been waiting a long time for this one - my first Forum knife from the company that got me turned on to the need.

For weekends with jeans / shorts - the PM2 or Native 5 (my Southard) Everyday with slacks for office - the Sage 1 Really depends on your dress attire and work place. I've got several choices - but these are the ones I always seem to gravitate to - just personal pref. Hard to take the Sage 1 out of a...

Best edge for dressing wild game?

Just wanted to put this question out there to the group - Which edge do you find most preferred when dressing your wild game? I ask this because I used the Dragonfly2 H1 plain edge this deer season and it worked great - but I took a gobbler opening morning here Saturday, and while breasting the fat ...

ETA on NEW Domino?

I really haven't paid attention to the timeframe by which the new prototype knives show in Amsterdam to they go to production sales in the states.
Any of you guys in the know have a guess as to when we could look forward to seeing the new Domino for sale?
Thanks,
Pat

Thanks Mr. Blonde for the great pictures!

The Domino looks awesome - looks even better than the Domino in the video.
Is the blade now longer than when the video was taken?
Thanks again,

Well - I fixed the clip issue on the knife - or I should say STR fixed it and I bought the fix.
Did the stonewash myself.

Well - I got one and really like it, can't say I love it - but it is nice. Maybe because I felt I had to get STR to make me a clip(big improvement) and the brown G10 doesn't do it for me. But nice F&F - almost too tight - still breaking in. And the blade is a little thick for my EDC needs. But f...

Stony - I know you said you are gonna pass on another Southard - I prob would also if that all happened to me - but I just got in my STR low rider clip today, and it is great for the knife! Rides lower - less risk of it coming out of pocket / no annoying sharp point / and it sort of positions your h...

Ouch - that hurts.

Waiting on my Low Rider clip from STR as I type now. The deeper in my pocket the better!
Maybe you should take the clip off of the next one ;) - sorry - I had to say it.

Feelin' for ya

Is there suoopose to be a Southard break-in period?

Just got my Southard and the F&F are great. Seems to be smooth action for the most part - but blade will only fully deploy and lock-up 2 out of 3 times unless I give it a firm push/flip or whatever you want to call it. Seems that the frame lock is pretty tight and is really tight after the what ...

Well - I pulled the trigger! Southard coming

Found a Southard Flipper on the bay and pulled the trigger! Didn't think I would ever get a production knife that was over $200 but I did. I think it was a great price at $217 so I got one coming. Hope it's all what everybody says it is - and I hope this seller is a good one - and the knife is a nic...
