Why I Support Spyderco
My first Spyderco was an ATS-55 orange rescue. I have taken it on numerous campouts and trips and it is still sharp and rust free with no blade wiggle of any kind and locks open with a very positive click. I have subsequently purchased other Spyderco knives, the latest a marvelous Chokwe. I like and ...

I too have carried in a pocket for years - before clips but lost a lot of knives that way. They often would fall out of loose front pockets when I sat down or was active. I wish my old Swiss Army had a clip just so I would not have to worry about it falling out. When I wear jeans pocket carry is ...

I have had mine now about 6 weeks and love it. Jeff at CS has a great price BTW. I was not sure how I would like the compression lock and was really torn between either the Military or the PM2. I opted for the PM2 - mainly because I thought the size would be more convenient. Of course, I would still ...

Hi - and welcome to the forum. I know nothing about H-1 and have zero experience with it. I do know I have often thought about picking one up for a "running" knife when I am putting in some miles. I figure the salt from sweat would take its toll on a blade/knife too. That said, my wife runs with a ...

Thanks. It was my first one. I did the handle too and it turned out pretty good. I used my Midway case tumbler with some round polished stones that were maybe on the smaller side. I'd say maybe 1 inch in diameter, give-or-take. And like everyone recommends, I sprayed a bunch of WD40 in it. I have ...

Sharpening Service Recommendation
I stoned-washed my blade and now need it sharpened. It would take me forever and a day to do it on my Sharpmaker. Can anyone make a recommendation on a good sharpening service?

Anyone Stonewash PM2?
Hi,
Has anyone stonewashed their PM2, and if so, how did it look - any photos? Thanks.

Thank you JNewell. Yes, I was doing some research and the problem is no liner in that part of the handle. The inserts may work. I may be ok with where the clip is though. I'd have to get one and use it a while to see. I have actually never seen one in real life. The other Spyderco's I own I carry ...

Spyderco Military: Moving the Clip
I'm thinking about picking up a Military; however, I do not like the clip position/tip down carry. I'd like to move the clip. Has anyone tried to drill and tap G-10 - with this small of a hole, and if so, any suggestions?
My other option is just to get the Para-Military, but would prefer the larger ...

Spyderco Hole
I have owned a lot of folders in my day and will continue to purchase and own folders. Spyderco is my favorite - in part because of the hole. F&F are generally always very good but I just do not like (as well) knives with thumb studs or what have you. The Spyderco hole is just sleek and low-profile ...
