Yojumbo in the mail!

I tried searching but didn’t come up with much; Can we get black hardware for the Yojumbo yet or is another model’s hardware interchangeable with the Yojumbo?

^^ My thoughts exactly. Pre-ordering Sprint Runs makes sense. Not regular production models. However, if the Starmate comes back I'll probably pre-order that.

Ok. It looks like the base of the blade (at pivot) is rubbing/scraping against the liner (locking section.) Not a huge deal, but this is a Sprint Run knife and I expected it to be smoother. Otherwise, visual fit and finish is outstanding of course.

Aaand so I ordered one. Came yesterday. Very nice piece!!

Only one thing: disengaging the lock comes with a scraping sound. I'll disassemble it and see if there's grit or something in there. Actually opening it makes a little bit of noise too. Anybody have a similar experience?

I love this. Everybody always posts that they ordered this and pre-ordered that, but never say where from! Lol.

this one isn't a Sprint. It's a distributor special order/exclusive, right? With all the other Para Sprints and exclusives this one is pretty boring so I was not tempted at all.

I just came to that same realization.. just as I was about to finish my check-out at KnifeWorks. I'll hold out for ...
