I've got the same issue with my sage 1. Was thinking about sending it to Spyderco W&R, but i guess they wont do anything.

I love my Squeak. I'm interning in NYC for the summer and it has been the perfect EDC knife. Small, rides low in my dress slacks, and it's legal. Only thing I did was swap out the wire clip with the one on my Sage 1 as its more subdued.
