I ended up cancelling the order on the 10th and i've just re ordered it again. Between me not getting paid what I was owed by my boss and not being too sure on the weight of the knife, i wasn't sure. When I realised that the knife is lighter than my iPhone 4 though I re ordered it. I don't get why ...

Just ordered this..... :)

Been looking at it for about 2 months and hesitating with it being a lot more than my second purchase (native @ £40) but it just looks too **** pretty. I love the black blade.

Just to be certain, there isn't a ...

Thanks very much for your help guys. I just bought a Native today for £40 ($63) from a friend and it's in perfect condition. Never really left the box because he bought a couple after his previous Native had fallen from his pocket clip some how and landed in a fire which as you can imagine the next ...

Sharpening an SE Tasman with a Spyderco sharpmaker

Just got the sharpmaker today and I've been sharpening my Tasman quite a lot. I was a bit stupid at first as I didn't read the instructions properly and starting sharpening it as if it were a plain edge knife so I did all four steps in the instruction book. Will this cause problems with my blade ...

What about a knife of similar size to the Tasman? Sort of gone off the idea of a smaller one now, thanks for the suggestions though! :)

@WacoKid - You're a few weeks too late! Got it ages ago, I wear heavy duty gloves as well at work so i'm slightly less likely to cut myself unless I really went ...

Still loving the knife, hating the fact that I can't put it down! Love the clicking noise it makes when you slide the blade out. Any suggestions for a new knife? Thought it was silly when someone a page back said something about looking for another knife but I think I'm becoming a bit of a collector ...

lol yeah, I am tempted. More interested in getting a knife sharpener for it though. I've heard it's more difficult to sharpen a serrated edge? Does the Spyderco sharpener do a good job?

Just recieved it in the post today. It's a sexy knife but it's sort of ugly in the same way lol Love it though, just one thing is it fingerprints really easily but overall I'm really happy. Thanks for the advice guys.

My Stretch blasted through zip-ties compared to my brothers Sage. The advantage on that instance was the fine tip that allowed leverage. The Sage's taller blade wouldnt wedge in as well.

Personal pick would prob be a SE Tasman though. Hawks eat ties for breakfast. A Para2/Stretch or the ones ...

Suggestion for new knife buyer

Hi Guys,

I need a good knife for cutting stuff at work like cable ties, rope etc. With there being a big selection of knives from Spyderco, I'm not sure which one to go for. I already have a 'Whitby' knife that I spent £15 (i know, huge amount to spend on a knife) on but I want something a lot ...
