Re: G10 UKPK officially makes a return! Heinnie Haynes Exclusive

Years ago I wanted to get a G10 UKPK, but missed the boat. I’m chuffed to have one in the mail. CQI is a bonus, and red G10 will be new for me too.

Re: Clear Knife Scales

Very pretty, but I would not buy one, because it will show every scratch and spec of pocket lint.

If I was Spyderco I would make display pieces for a few models in clear scales, to show off the different locks.

I really like the Stretch, but the GB is in a different class. I’d make the trade.

Re: Which Spyder folder is the toughest; will take the most abuse?

I'm speaking from ignorance, but it sure SEEMS like the Shaman and the Tuff are in 2 different leagues, regarding capability of withstanding abuse/mistakes. The Shaman is beefy, but the Tuff is in another league. Compare steel toughness, tips, blade stock and grind, stop pin and pivot diameters, li...

Re: What is this on the new Spydiechef lock bar?

I'd love to hear if others who just received the newest iteration of the knife this week see the same thing. Got the SC from SFO (thank you for fast service ) yesterday and everything is in order. Centered, clean bevels, ceramic detent ball, good lockup (70-80%) and smooth action. The code on the b...
