Re: Lubricating knives with no liners and/or no washers

I have read that it unnecessary, and it is probably true. I still use a bit of Ballistol every now and then though, and it does make some difference.

Re: There's something that's a little overdue

Thanks for the heads up. I now realize I pay no attention to the banner, but I really like this one.

Re: Spyderco Swap!

I have sold a knife for a full third less than it usually sells for on eBay. Maybe not financially smart, but it went to a familiar, likeable and trustworthy person who will use and enjoy it.

Those recipes sound like delicious, cheap and easy eats. I may have to consider one of these instant pot things you speak of.

Re: LC200N / Caribbean SE torture test gauntlet of death

Just out of curiosity, because I know you haven't exactly babied this knife, has it developed any blade play at all?

Awa54, I agree with your points. It sounds like you have a bit of experience opening wine bottles.

Re: Spyderco Waiter's Corkscrew

I've mentioned it before, in another thread about something else, but I would buy one instantly. The constant weakness for these is how quickly the blade gets dull, and I think Spyderco would do it better. My vote would definitely be H1 serrated, unless there is something better that I am unaware of.

Re: A larger Dragonfly

I love my Dragonfly. I assume I would also love one a bit larger, and would have to have one. I would prefer it to be Salty. I'm not sure how everyone else feels about that, but since it wouldn't have liners (I hope), why not?

Re: That Spyder Hole ... What's it good for??????

I can visualize all of those animals that the kids see. I'm not sure what that says about me.
I definitely thought of the song too.
