Lift the angle of the handle a little bit so the tip portion is flat against the stone, and try not to roll off the stone with the tip, this will only dull and round it further.

I was having the same problem. Read some posts and I was sure that those screws were allen and not torx, I mean you look at them and you can see clearly the hex head. But I couldn't find a fit for it. Tried the 1.5mm, too small, tried the 2mm bit, too big. And no luck finding a size between those ...
