You just loosen the pivot and the hardeware in the scales and set them even. The scales on my tenacious were uneven when I got it. I also had to tighten the pivot which made it stiffer to open so I lubed the pivot a bit and blew out the excesse with compressed air and now it opens like butter. I'm a...

It depends. If the knife was abused before u started using it, yep its gonna have play. And u gotta remember the sage has full steel liners and will hold up better to any kind of prying. If its a delica 4 take the whole thing apart and see if the liners r bent and check the lock back mechanism. Past...

centering issues fixed.

I finally fixed the centering on my tenacious. But I still can't get the hex screws out of the scales and liners. They just keep rotating in place. Any suggestions on that issue. I want to take it apart to clean the pivot area and relube it but I can't. Please help!
