Well, I ended up buying some leather, and am going to attempt to make the sheath myself. We'll see how it goes. Cliff, I mean that mora's and traditional Swedish/Norwegian blade cross cut design is similar as those bushcraft-knives, but thinner.

Friends I have used a S30V-steel flat, zero grinded blade puukko-knife (hidden tang) for the last 4-5 years, allmost everyday. Without any problems.
