Spyderco Military 2 steel?

Have we heard anything about the initial production steel of the Millie 2? I’m really hoping for magnacut. I have been super selective in my purchases recently, and am holding out for this and another knife.

Re: SMKW Spyderco Exclusive?

I just went to Smoky Mountain knife works, and purchased one in person. The carbon fiber on these is not done justice through pictures, and is amazing in person. They had a huge event going on with a ton of people there With blade sports, Balisong competitions, and more. On a sidenote, they said th...

Re: SMKW Spyderco Exclusive?

I bought this one in DLC, which was my first and only m4 blade. Pondering this one, can some of the experts enlighten me about m4 and corrosion with that satin blade? It will rust. My recommendation is just cut anything and everything to help it develop a patina. That will help protect the blade. I...

Anyone ever accidentally launch your knife?

So admittedly I was being an idiot, but I just accidentally launched my Spyderco Tuff through the living roo. Yes, it bounced off multiple objects and went kind of far…..

ZERO damage to the knife. Love it

Anyone else accidentally just absolutely launch your knife by mistake?

Re: Mystery DLT Exclusive

^ I know it's an apples to oranges comparison, but I can't help thinking that for the price of this Tuff I could get a fixed blade 4V Province instead. Price is subjective in this matter. There are folders that are way more expensive than the Tuff. Also the argument of why not both, or do you need ...

Re: DLT Tuff for emergency do it all

I've got a killer deal on a DLT Tuff and wanting to see who would rate this as an emergency (shtf) style knife. Yes a fixed blade is always a standard in these type of situations but if you had one folder to fill this role would you choose the Tuff in Cruwear? I'm open to all opinions. Let me know....

Re: Mystery DLT Exclusive

I honestly thought these sold out already.... I snagged one for 265 on secondary and saw one go this morning for 222 shipped. Prices are dropping on this. Hoping to scoop a backup……. I put mine up for sale upon initial inspection. It’s now kicked my favorites from my pocket, and I hate coated blade...

If I'm honest, I would choose a CS folder if I needed to fill this need with a folder and not a fixed blade. Certainly not a $300+ folder unless it was the only thing available.
I would say that’s a preference due to affordability per person.

Re: Mystery DLT Exclusive

Now that the dust has settled, the knife is actually still available. I love to play with it, but I am struggling to find some real use for it. Those of you that actually decided to use it - what to you use it for? I am looking for some inspiration ... otherwise I will most likely sell it (with a h...

Well, the tuff has already returned in glorious fashion…. That checks one for me.

I would like to see the GB1 come back with similar treatment in a satin Cruwear blade
