My Manix 2 has the same play when closed and when the ball lock is completely open (and the blade is swinging freely). I was wondering if it was like that with other Manix's aswell. I guess it is. Thanks for all the tips guys. I will keep them all in mind. But for this time I took the Delica down to the factory in Golden and they had the knife working better than ever in less the 5 min. So Im all set up again. :) Those guys rock
