I prefer the miniature field knife. Grip is more comfortable to me, especially when I need to deliver real force to its thicker blade.

It seems like Spyderco has given up on introducing new handle materials which was one of the original missions of the Chaparral line. The last Chaparral with a new handle material was Birdseye Maple which was at dealers in January 2021. Perhaps like the Sage line, we’ll soon end up with just FRN sc...
