My vote is for a Sage 1 or a Delica 4 . Both are great knives...can be had for under a hundred bucks, have great steel, and will totally get you hooked on Spyderco. :D

As a whole the knife is "as close to perfect" mine maybe not be but the design is perfect IMO...others may vary. When I say "off center" I mean not perfectly perfectly perfectly centered. It is in no way close to rubbing. I don't do inertia openings on the Para 2 they just aren't...

My Sage 1 is a Awesome blade!! It is a little sharper on the edges than my other knives but after I carried it a while I don't notice it all any more. It's such a beautiful knife! And a great EDC!

Mine is as close to perfect as a knife can get! It is a tad off center, but has the most solid lockup of any folding knife I've ever held...it's that stout. The back compression lock is supposed to be a little strong to disengage though right? Mine sticks a little but it's not that bad...I close min...

I almost pulled the trigger on the Orange Bladeshop Manix 2 now on ebay for 150 (which seems a killer deal) but just didn't know how I'd like the orange. Really love the blue but those come at a premium and the wife is already asking when I'm going to get over knife fever...? She got a worried look ...

This tragedy is devastating for all Japan! Even if the water waves and the pollution did not hit Seki directly the whole infrastructure in the area is affected badly. It will take some time before everything is back to a functioning level in the whole country and I guess that the Japanese Governmen...

This is one I'm really wanting as well...a good idea would be I think is to buy the digi camo and black with g10 and swap the blades..that way you would have a digi camo with black blade and a satin g10 blade.

I carry my wallet in the same right hand front pocket so I prefer a slimmer knife like the Para 2. Having said that, the Manix 2 is about 1.8 inch and a Para 2 is 1.6 inch at their widest point. That's only about 0.2 inches difference. So it's really a matter of perception. The Manix 2 looks much w...
