Thank you Sal! We appreciate that you are listening!
Agreed. Appreciate that he's always listening. I'm absolutely down for a waved version as long as it has teeth. Or I'll buy one of each if the options are available.

Re: What Spyderco is in your pocket today??

The Lil Matriarch is going on 18 months of daily carry. I gave the Rex45 Chief a break after about the same amount of pocket time. https://64.media.tumblr.com/61341babe36d06495e87126b6670e637/d9113a1f1214a926-63/s2048x3072/98bbac72399ebfbc6a59f1c7b73e9a5b3f49ec24.jpg Great to see you back! Love tho...

Re: Kitchen knife performance (MBS-26)

I am a huge MBS-26 fan. My Spyderco line of kitchen knives sees much use and abuse in our household. The wife loves to grab the 6.5" SE , and though the points are not a pointy as they once were due to her hasty use of the granite countertops as a cutting surface, the scalloped portions remain ...

I would actually prefer the VG-10 for comparison purposes. This is great news Sal. Let us know your thoughts when the time is right?

Re: 2020 Seconds Sale - BREAKING NEWS

Missed out on all of the first day's selection. Shame I was on shift until just a few hours ago. Hope for more luck tomorrow on lunch break. Thanks to Spyderco for making this happen. I have seen this online surge happen on a much grander scale when attempting to book Disney dining reservations. Few...

Re: Jimping poll

When jumping is concerned, I generally prefer having it. That being said, designs that do not utilize it such as the Catcherman or Caly Jr don't feel like they are missing it when I put them to use.

Re: What's your favorite odd duck/black sheep model?

For me, the blunted tip knives are the odd ducks in my collection. Some, like the rescue models obviously are suppose to be blunt, however models like the pingo and even my beloved Captain that lack a more precise point see less use and carry for me because of this feature.

Could also be dubbed the "No Integrity" and would of course be spineless!

This made me chuckle. I also think "Immoral" would be appropriate.

Re: Where do you grip large knives with a choil?

Why would anyone purposely reach so far forward on a large knife as to miss the handle and grab the choil? I do not understand this. I understand grabbing the handle and then choking up, but not bypassing a normal grip. I realize the grip is subjective and dependent on the cutting chore, but I alwa...

We need an OD green Manix 2 G10 with a sweet K390 blade. Also a LW, because we can't leave the LW crowd out.

The ranger green is okay, but OD is more pleasing to my eyes.
I will jump on this bandwagon. It could be almost any shade of green with this configuration.

I have a lightweight viking axe in 1055 coming. It will be a project, but hopefully will be ready for upcoming backpacking trips.
