Para 2 and its differances?
I knew better than going to the local knife shop today to see what was new, But did anyhow against my own good advice.
Found a almost brand new Para 2 that one of the salesman was selling on consignment for $109 and the only thing i could see done to it was it was belt sharpened for a convex edge ...

Well you guys just talked me into putting my Stag Arms thats LNIB on the Lansky stones and then a mirror polish job. That knife just begs for it anyhow.
The only thing i dont like about the Lansky setup is it makes tips have elongated grind areas since the steel is thicker as it gets closer to the ...

The primary bevel was set by Murray, I had only sharpened it twice before this happened.
That bevel goes up half the way up the blade and i don't use a secondary one on it. Its a clad knife so thats why you only see rust on the lower edge and yes, That doesn't look uniform. But its not supposed to ...

I Tuff-Glide all my blades, Coated or not.
Especially my M4 blades get coated to resist any moisture and rust.
It will instantly clean off tape residue as it is a cleaner and a dry film once you wipe it on and let it dry.
Also Break-Free CLP for firearms works as well also, Wal-Mart has it cheap too ...

The Caly 3.5 is FFG and has a fairly thick spine but is ground very thin near and above the edge. That's one of the features that makes the Caly line so great.
