The best way to get a knife threw security at a bar or club is to use your woman. Get your girl to put your knife in her hand bag as your enter the club. Secruity rarely will check a woman like they would check a man and if the bar or club has a metal ditector and it goes off on the bag. She could p...

My girlfriend carriers a yellow se Pacific Salt, I believe se edge is a good choice for someone that does not know how to touch up a knife. I general check her blade atleast once a month to sharpen it. H-1 se hold a great edge, the only part that was dull is the plain edged tip which is to be expect...

Back about a year ago, I had an Endura and someone I knew had a Stainless Police. I held them up next to each other and they were within 1/4" the size of each other. After that, I couldn't justify purchasing a Police. I ended up getting a used G-10 Police for $80, that one has about an extra 1...

FRN Police interest...

Hey Sal, I was carrying my g-10 police today, great knife. But I was wondering if their is any interest in a FRN police. I believe this could lower the cost of this wonderful knife for officers on a budget. Plus the FRN would cutback on the carry weight. Opinions please?

Spyderco Tasman Salt vs. Free Hanging Garden Hose

This is a vid testing the truly amazing cutting power of the Tasman salt in plain edge. I have never seen this test attempted before; although difficult to execute. One could infer that the Tasman could make short work of any tendon in the human body in a defensive encounter. I would be please to se...
