Re: Slym In Stock
Really like the look of this one! Anyone that has one, can you remove the CF scale? Wondering if making a different scale would be an option?
Thanks

Re: Sharpening angle for Dragonfly using Lansky sharpener
I go 25 but clamp by the hole and have the clamp touch the scale so I’m in the flat part of the blade not the spine. Sharpie trick and 25 was close.
Spy27 and is a great balance of slice and durability.

I checked one out a month or so back and it was a lot smaller than I thought from pictures I had seen. I have no doubts about it's daily utility uses and paired with a 4 inch fixed blade or folder you would definetly have all your bases covered. Plus I don't think it would scare the average person ...

UKPK...nice score today!
Hey folks
Haven't posted in quite some time and haven't picked up a Spydie in some time either...but today at the Canadian Knifemakers show I managed to pick up a UKPK....what a sweet knife. This is a perfect pocket knife for someone(like myself) who always carries a fixed blade as well.

Rigidity is the most important thing when buying a lathe or milling machine. The small machines just don't stack up...sorry but being a machinist they are really light duty. If you are only going to be making pivot pins or standoffs you will be fine. If you try to do any serious work with them they ...
