Using CF may put this out of the reach of a lot of people. Plus there has already been a CF Native. While I like CF, I am not too keen on it going on this one.

Finally! Best news in a while. I will definitely pick up a couple.

Earlier this year, my girlfriend was going through security for an international flight. They scanned her bag, found a SAK on her keychain, took it away, and rescanned the bag. Once she got to her destination, she realized that the bag also contained her SS Delica.

I think that's unrealistic wishful thinking on your part, unless you're talking private sales. "Around $60" is over 50% off MSRP. The only time Spydercos are sold that cheap by dealers is when they're on close out. We will see. Don't underestimate the power of sales, coupons, and comparat...

I don't think it's going to stay at $80. In a couple of months, you will probably be able to find one for around $60.

I am with WalzAaronFFG on this. Some knives I use and carry and some I just collect and admire at home.
