Broke It Clean in Two...

Well, I reached for a fishing rod, which knocked into a paint can, which fell on the bench and knocked the Sharpmaker onto the concrete floor with a crash. Uh Oh. There lay one of the fine grade ceramics broken in two. First I cussed. Then I inspected the pieces and decided to try to fix them. I use...

Joyce,
Have you seen the CRKT Mako shark knives? They are the Urban Shark series. Wow. What a great little knife. The design, the materials, the ergos, the feel and the low cost.
Wow!

Think about it. This poor slob (your boss) has a dead end job. His only grab at glorie is having some momentary power over a few indivuiduals in a kitchen. When asked "What do you do for a living" all he can say is: "I supervise a dishwasher and a busboy". Wow I'm impressed (not)...

Yep-Just got all three today. Sal-Ya done good. These knives look good. The Endura handle is kinda amusing on the SpyderHawk. That will make those particular SpyderHawks a little more collectable. So getting back on track and all; again, great job on the CF Police models. Those are severely powerful...

Scolby, Custom Knives are too rich for my blood. I have many, many Spyderco knives. Most; the majority of them, are nearly flawless and good enough for my simple tastes. I was a collector for awhile. What got this mess of a topic started was that my last three collector pieces were rough. Now when I...

Java, Obviously the "on the Spot" post and that other one that listed concerns and issues on recently received knives that were not exactly perfect has not set well with Sal. We should probably keep our judgemental critiques in private e mails and off the Spyderco Company forum. We are cle...

Last Post for 103

I resigned my collector #103. So following suit, I will stand down on using the handle 103 when posting on this forum. So that number is up for grabs again. To join the Spyderco Collector's Program you call the main Spyderco number and contact Joan, oddly enough, at extension #103. How wierd is that...

Sal, I'm reading your Spot reply post after replying to your response to my "Other" post on quality issues. Hmmm. Sorry that you took my comments as cruel. I know nothing about all that detailed knife manufacturing stuff you listed. Sounds like the Spot is quite an accomplishment viewed in...
