All boxes kept. I store most of my knives in the Spyderco 33 slot nylon carry case. Two or three are always ready to travel in my pocket as the need dictates.

Currently carrying a Dragonfly 2. Opens just about everything like a hot knife thru butter. Good tidings to all.

Pretty much agree with the Delica 'desire.' Although, I'm currently carrying a Dragonfly 2, I have a treasured Delica 25th anniversary model, boxed with jig bone handle. Needless to say, I won't be carrying that one but I look at, and handle it often. Now you've got me 'desiring' another EDC Delica!

OK, who's using the Wicked Edge?

Just checked out this sharpener on the web this morning. Curious as to who, out there, is using this tool (rather expensive)? Looks promising but some first hand user take would be appreciated. Thanks

How long?

The TSA thinks they're above the law. I doubt a letter will get it back, sorry to hear that you lost it to those crooks. How long will it take before the 'people' take back their freedoms and liberties? We are being sucked into the premise that 'in the name of homeland security' we must protect you...

True. To take that even a bit further, at least in the case of the WTC knife, the knife came in a regular Spyderco knife box and the wooden display box in a separate white corrugated cardboard box. In the case of the jewelry boxes, they always came in an outer, generally white, cardboard box. Yup. ...

Individual preference

A most interesting thread . . . I think it really boils down to personal preference. If it works for you, feels good to you, and looks good to you - it's the one for you! Only thing I would add is that both edges can be well sharpened with the proper equipment - the Tri-Angle Sharpmaker is my choice...

The unscratchable itch

Willpower? Not much. Patience? About the same. Could not wait for the 'Claus Man.' Placed an order today for a Dragonfly 2 FRN PL and a Kiwi 3 Stag Handle. Hey, I'll wrap them and put them under the tree and pretend my very best friend (that's my wife) gave them to me! She's cool with that. Merry Ch...

. . . I shopped at Poorfish because of the prices. But the poor communication and phony sales should be red flags for any potential buyer. I am reporting this here in the hopes that Poorfish will see this and get its act together. It can do better -- and it has in the past. My two cents worth . . ....

Thanks

It's just a collector's club model knife. The fist 200 pieces of every run is numbered for collector's (actually less than that becuase the collector's club isn't full). They say you learn something every day. This is a great forum for Spyderco lovers. Thanks for clearing up the 'number on the blade...

I have this knife

I have a Cricket SS model, no box. Engraved on the blade are the numbers 060. Was there ever a 'limited edition' 'anniversary edition' or 'sprint run' version of the Cricket that may have been numbered? Thanks, Don

Help!

This spyderco is at least 10 years old. My father-in-law (deceased) left it to me. I've tried to ID it through spyderwiki with no success. The box as you can see, is part of the package (note the spydee logo on the lid). I know someone out there in Spyderco land can ID this. Thanks http://picasaweb....

Old Spydercos

I've got some old Spydercos that I'm considering to sell on ebay. I registered on this site today to check some history. Can't find some of them. For example, the Vesuvius model. Any suggestions? Thanks for any suggestions you might have.
