I got a Para2 CF S90v, and I love it! I feel that it lives up to its hype, it is exacly right for me :) I EDC it, and studied it yesterday. Then I noticed that the tip was "broken, or it looked more like it was made of a soft steel, I cant describe it exactly" 1-2mm off. The strange thing ...

Is it supposed to be sharpened, mine came really sharp out of the box. Im making scales for a handle to it now :)

Thx for your guidance. It was not my intention to bring a negative contribution to the forum, as one stated here. I just had to get out some frustration. I have sent an email to customer service and Ill take it from there.

Its the postal office that takes care of our customs, før the customs department so no luck there. And it is certainly no whining. Who will believe that a package did not contain what was stated on it! So please give me a break here. Thx

I feel a little relieved. But on some part of one side of the blade, I can se some slight change in colour, and this makes me annoyed. It looks like it could just be polished off, so it might not have anything to do with the tamper, just the finish on the blade.

Got a little to exited of the Militec-1 properties used with heat. I would not do it again. I focused the heat mostly on the liners and lock, but steel leeds heat very well.

No noticeable colour change. It just got to hot to handle for more than a fraction of a second. but I did not get burned, so I hope I didnt interfere with the temper.

Militec-1 is probably best left unheated with folders..

The problem is related to Militec-1 and a 1600w hair dryer.

How much heat does it take to ruin or effect the temper of VG10 and s90v?Please in celsius if you can.

G10 is not THAT grippy, try peel ply carbon fiber
