Benchmade 710 with M2 Steel ring a bell? AFCK Axis Lock and D2 steel? Strider folders......1/2 inch of steel and Ti liners. Pretty darn Hard core.....I would say that Military has some good competition. I am not sure the Commander comes close to the Military, that person would be comparing apples to...

I agree with Zaberwolf, stick with or BM. For a Boy Scout who does camping and outdoors I would say if you go Benchmade: Nimravus, Nimravus cub, River and Rescue, or the Outbounder for fixed blades. Folders: AFCK, AFCK II, TSE...

Now Now Gentleman, this is a Spyderco forum not a Benchmade bashing forum. You dont see people on the BM forum bashing s now. I have bought and traded more spydercos then I can remember, mostly because they are cheap, easy to a...

Zabrewolf- I hope that you didnt injure yourself trying this. The cricket is a great little tool for self defense, but I personally feel that it is better used in an element of surprise, its small enough to hold in your hands and extremely deadly when the user knows his/her anatomy. The little knife...

I see 2 things happening, one the user loses the blade or causes possible injury to themselves. The cricket is a handy tool for selve defense but ...
