Age isn't anything but a number. You're 21 and maybe your best friend is 35, does it make a difference? Follow your heart and enjoy your profession and you will be in your grandfathers shoes as soon as you know it and not regret a thing. God Bless

JCP, You uncovered a gem. The post show not only that Sal is interested in his clients views but also that he knows what is going on on the factory floor. His advice is good and humbling at the same time. He acknowledges there may be some small error in the manufacturing (small burr possibly). He se...

If you want a rock solid knife that is built like a tank for heavier than normal use, you need one. If you're not sure, the original M2 in 154CM for $70-80 is a deal that cant be beat. I agree Pneumo. I bought my M2 for $85 and I still think it is a great deal at that price. THe knife just feels li...

It's a good thing you didn't call your wife next :) Laptops are a ***** to repair as the parts are not ofter availiable after to model run is over. Don't be afraid to look around in Saipan if nothing else works. Here in Ecuador I found a guy who fixed my video card (on a Dell PC) that had overheated...

The 5th picture from the top is really good with the spider web and the spyder! Did you put the web in or was it the first picture and then you took the web out? Smaller F stop and longer exposure and it could have been a great catalog shot (everything in focus) :) Good choice on the saber grind. Th...

IF you ever had a Leather pST then you will think the Charge Tti is the cats pijamas. I have the version with the small bit kit and can't think of anything more that I want, but another kit exists at double the size. Very portable and it gets my vote.

Welcome to the ESEE clan. I got a Esee-4 in desert tan and it is great for me. The six is longer with the same width so you know what I mean. The kydex is great, if you want to carry inverted (with a six?) read the sheath manual about where to put the screws so as not to leave an expensive souvenir ...

definitly worth it

The sharpmaker can work wonders with just the fine and medium rods. It is not robotic so you will need some practice. This is normal because in the video Sal, who makes it look easy, has been using the sharpmaker for ever. The video is basically an infomercial that doesn't lie, but the technique tak...

Ebay and seconds is a shady business. A person can sell a specond with no liability since there is no warranty with the factory which made it, Spyderco Co. Secondly, unless they really want to sell on ebay they can always change their accounts. Thirdly, if their is a suit against the seller it was a...

Evil D, If you really like the knife for kitchen use and want it to last don't run it through the dishwasher. The metal will be fine but the machine does a job on wooden handles in the long run especially because of the heat. I've got an old Dexter that I love because it's high carbon and I just han...

Let's hope it doesn't go west

The Spyderco factory and business will be fine. It is inside the city of Golden and fire hydrants are on the block. I went out to Winter Park this summer which is in the heart of the Rockies next to Rocky Mountain National Park. Why do I mention this... because they have a pine beetle epidemic that ...
